1. Complete the Summer Program Application Form.

2. Prepare a brief (one page) resume describing your experience as a solo or choral singer, and your repertoire.

3. Send your completed Application Form and Resume to:

   by no later than: Monday, May 23, 2008
   
   You may be asked to attend an audition.

   If you are accepted, full tuition is due by Friday, June 6th.
